AE offers delivery and shipping on all products on our website, most of which is calculated using approx. tiered rates by Canada Post. Upon purchasing an item on our website that requires shipping or local delivery, an Antique Emporium associate will contact you should the delivery/shipping charge differ significantly from the estimated rate after goods are safely wrapped/boxed.
Please bear with us as we navigate online shipping during this new normal when our varying types of products cannot be uniformly packaged to send out with a "one cost fits all".
Furniture, antiques, and larger items are subject to a different delivery/shipping charge to account for weight, size and special handling by either a courier or with our own personnel.
All online orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped.
Our website currently can process Canadian orders.
Although international shipping is not available at check-out, we do offer international shipping. Please see below.

Returns and exchanges
We offer store credit or exchange for items within 14 days of the original purchase date (local delivery or in-store pick-up) or arrival of shipment.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning your items, please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, and are back in the box in which they were delivered. Please send the package to the following address:
